According to an order of CJM Leh, the SHO Leh has been ordered to go ahead with registration of FIR and move forward with investigation under relevant sections of law in the Complaint filed by Journalists of Leh in the bribery case against BJP leaders.
A video went viral a few days back in which BJP leaders were seen handing over packets to the scribes in Leh after a press conference. The General Secretary of the Leh Journalist Association yesterday spoke to the Publish and said that the packet was full of 500 rupee notes. The court had now given the permission to register an FIR which may further increase trouble for BJP leaders.
